About Us

College Coach Bus started as a student run bus service, not affiliated with any university, and has been operating since September 2008. We began with one route connecting the University of Delaware with Baltimore, BWI Airport, and Washington DC. Over the years we have served several other schools and are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers. That evolution has finally led us to where we are today, providing holiday transportation for students returning to Long Island and North Jersey. We are less expensive than Amtrak and since we pick up right on campus we are also more convenient. Best of all, our services are completely student oriented. So why wait? Buy your ticket today!


YES! Please purchase your tickets ahead of time so that we can guarantee everyone a seat.
Our service operates only for Fridays & Sundays during the fall and spring semesters and certain holidays. Check the schedule for your school and you'll see what dates we operate on.
When purchasing the ticket there is a section to put the name of the person traveling, regardless of who is actually purchasing the ticket.
Make sure that you are not entering the code in the "Promo Code" section at the beginning of the booking process. Voucher codes are entered during the payment screen. On the payment screen, select "Voucher" from the "Payment Method" dropdown menu. After hitting next, use your credit card to pay for any remaining balance.
Of course, just leave the return date blank and the ticket system will automatically recognize it as a one way trip.
Unfortunately, tickets and all payments are forfeited if you do not use your ticket or miss your bus. Please review the terms and conditions below for more information.

Riding the Bus

Our buses and vans are operated by fully licensed and insured charter outfits.
Please limit yourself to one large bag and one carry on.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.
All coach buses on our service have a bathroom, however our vans do not. On trips operated with a van, a bathroom stop will be made.

Terms and Conditions

Tickets & Reservations

Tickets must be presented when boarding. Passengers who arrive without a ticket are subject to forfeiting their fare and losing their reservation.


Vehicle size depends on the number of bookings and can range from a 5 seat van to a 56 passenger coach bus. Vehicles are operated by our contracted carriers.

Cancellations & Changes

Tickets are non-refundable but can be re-booked for another travel date or a credit can be issued for future travel when done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. A $5 fee will be assessed for re-booking, or $5 will be deducted from the actual amount paid for the ticket after any discounts or promotional codes were applied when issuing a credit for future travel. To change your travel date or have a credit issued, please call 516-206-4620 or 313-398-2995. Credits will only be valid for the semester for which the ticket was purchased or the following spring or fall semester. The value of any promotional codes used during purchase will be forfeited and must be paid if changing the ticket to another date or will be deducted from any voucher issued for future travel credit.

Credit Card Information

For your safety and privacy, your credit card information, other than the type of credit card used (Visa, Amex, etc), is not retained by us.
